He has been a lecturer at London Business School and is part of international networks including: The Foresight Network, a professional network of consultants active in Europe, USA, Australia and Brazil.

Sverre Stoje has a law degree from University of Oslo. He was formerly Vice President, Organisation and Human Resources Development for Linjegods, the leading transport business in Norway. Prior to this appointment, Sverre was Director of Personnel for the Norwegian oil company, Saga Petroleum, on their off-shore oil project in Benin, West Africa. He has also served in the Norwegian Foreign Service, with three years in Botswana, Southern Africa. He has recently concluded a management for hire contract as Global Commercial Director in Barber International, an international shipping company.
